- Senior (65+) & Veteran Discount: Simple proof of age (photo ID) or veteran status (VA card, military ID, etc.) required on the first visit.
- Notes: Heavily soiled yards may require a custom quote. Pricing assumes standard access and yard conditions.
Terms & Conditions
By requesting services from Happy Dogs Yard Care, you agree to the following terms. These policies help ensure safe, reliable service for you, your dog, and me. Please read them carefully and feel free to ask questions.
Happy Dogs Yard Care provides residential dog waste removal services, including weekly, twice weekly and bi-weekly cleanups. Pricing is based on yards of ¼ acre or smaller. Senior and veteran discounts are available.
Access to Your Yard: Safe and easy access is required for service. This includes an unlocked gate and a dog-free yard during the scheduled visit. While I love dogs, they must be secured inside the home while I am working for everyone’s safety. If I cannot access the yard (locked/frozen gate, blocked path, etc.), a trip fee will apply, and the accumulated waste will be added to the next scheduled visit.
Weather Policy: I will work through normal rain, cold, and hot weather as long as it is safe. Service may be delayed or rescheduled during severe conditions, including thunderstorms, extreme heat/cold, high winds, flooding, or significant snow accumulation. I will notify you as soon as possible if a visit needs to be adjusted.
Holidays: Happy Dogs Yard Care observes the following holidays and does not provide service: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
If your scheduled service day falls on a holiday, I will clean on the next regular service day and remove the accumulated waste at that time. No refunds or credits are given for holiday-skipped visits.
Additional Important Notes
- I am not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing yard conditions, aggressive or loose dogs, or if access is blocked.
- Payment is due at the time of service or via invoice. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.
